 We
run a highly exclusive studio in Blairgowrie, Johannesburg. While our
main focus is personal training and duo's (2 clients training
together), we also have exclusive classes consisting of no more than
six people at a time. This allows us to give all our clients personal
attention. Our main goal is always quality over quantity. PMA is not
your typical 'martial art' school (We hope this was adequately
expressed throughout this website).
Our coaches are highly qualified individuals outside of their martial art expertise as well. Our fees reflect the quality of our coaching, our commitment to excellence as well as our unparalleled world class coaching in martial arts itself. Please note booking is absolutely essential. We do not allow walk-ins to our studio. For more information on current space availability in either our classes or personal training please e-mail us. Our address will be confirmed via e-mail at the time of your enquiry. Because we work from home we do not advertise our physical address over the Internet. As refrence we are roughly 10 minutes from Sandton City or Hyde Park.
Option1- One-on-One Personal Training (8 sessions a month) R2000-00 per/month Option 2- Duo-Personal Training (2 friends training together- 8 sessions per month) R1600-00 per/person Option 3- Team/Group Training We have had numerous requests where either a Team from a company or a group of friends would liek to train together. The following prices refect this option 4-People Training Together R4000-00 per/month (That is R1000-00 per/person) 6-People Training Together R4800-00 (That is R800-00 per/person) Option 4- Highly Exclusive Classes Take place every Tuesday and thursday evenings. First class is from 6-7pm and the second class from 7-8pm. Booking required for these classes. Class Fee R800-00 per/month (For 8 sessions)
Rodney currently only takes on personal training clients. His fee is structured based on what you are looking for. Option 1- Personal One-on-One Training in the Crazy Monkey Martial Art Program R3200-00 per/month (For 8 sessions) Option 2- Personal One-on-One Training in Machado Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu R3200-00 per/month (For 8 sessions) * We now offer BJJ Belt evaluations up to Black Belt. Currently we are the only BJJ school in South Africa where you can evaluate up to Black Belt in BJJ. Option 3- Personal One-on-One Training in Somatic Martial Art-Life Coaching R4000-00 per/month (For 8 sessions) Option 4- Mental Game Coaching For Competitive Atheltes From Any Sport R5000-00 per 8 sessions package
